We offer a $10 flat rate for shipping within Australia and FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150.

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post.

For Australia Post deliveries shipping is available to PO Boxes.

Your order will be sent within 2-3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched from us you will receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for delivery delays once your order has been sent. If your order does not arrive, please contact us.

Online returns

We understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing online, so we are happy to provide you with an exchange on full priced items, should they meet the below requirements. Please note discounted or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

If you wish to return your online purchase please notify us at hello@floggitstore.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

Merchandise must be returned to FLOGG IT within 7 days.

Merchandise must be returned with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Returns will be not be processed for items that have been altered, worn or washed. There is no return on discounted or promotional items. This policy is strictly for full price items only.

All returns and exchanges will not be processed until the product is received assessed by FLOGG IT.

Please note that original shipping charges (where relevant) will not be refunded.

Faulty items

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your garment is undertaken before it is sent off. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@floggitstore.com.au and we will try and resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.
